A Victory In Emminant Domain
Here's a small victory for those of us who believe in the concept of private property rights. A Pennsylvania court says that the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority should not have taken a woman's home to hand to a church to build a private school. There's a lesson for our own Supreme Court here.
