Country Boy's suggested reading
The prime minister of Australia John Howard has it absolutely right. Howard says that the vote of the Democrats to set a date certain for surrender in Iraq will bring comfort to Al Qaeda Islamic insurgents. He uses the words "comfort and encouragement” which seems to be pretty close to "aid and comfort" The words "enormous victory for terrorism" also appears in his statements. At least there is another world leader other than President Bush who gets it.
