If you have ever driven through Atlanta then you know that no one drives the speed limit on the Interstate. In everyone drives on the average 15 over the speed limit. At least that is how it was the last time I drove through Atlanta. So what would happen if everyone was forced to slow down and drive the speed limit? Would it be safer??? or would it bunch up traffic like a restrictor plate NASCAR race making it more dangerous.
Well some students at Georgia State University decided to see how people will react on an Atlanta freeway if everyone is forced to drive the speed limit? Watch the video. They're lucky they didn't get shot.
